Hey there 🙂 I hope you’ve all had a good weekend! If you follow me on Twitter or Instagram you may know that I went to see Placebo over the weekend (aka the band of my entire painful teenage growing up period!) and it was A M A Z I N G! It’s nearly 6 years since I went to a proper gig – my last before this was Metallica, or the Wailers… I can’t remember 😛 in 2009. Anywho, these are the nails I wore to see Placebo. Which was the best thing I’ve done in like, years. <3

Back for Valentines Day JustMyLook sent me a few nail polishes to create a nail art look, and since I got to choose them myself (and I love all three) I thought I’d review them for you in the next couple of weeks. One of these was OPI Snow Globetrotter, aka my favourite glitter for the last month and a bit! I’ve worn this in at least 5 manis, and I haven’t worn all that many manicures, hehe!

Hello! Hope you’re all having a great week. TGIF! Did you see the solar eclipse this morning? If you did, where did you see it from? Here in Bournemouth, we couldn’t see a thing – the clouds covered everything and we didn’t even really get any darkness either!

Hey everyone! I have an Essence nail polish to show you today. Essence isn’t a brand I’ve tried much before – for a long time they weren’t available in the UK and since they launched in Wilko I haven’t really been into one to see what they have to offer.

Essence kindly sent me a few of their nail polishes to review, so I’ll be showing you the first of these today! This is Essence The Black Cat, which is a ‘latex matt effect’ nail polish. I’ve been needing a black nail polish so this is kinda handy for me!

Hey everyone! I hope you’re having a great week. I’ve been having a bit of a weird one – my teeth have got SUPER sensitive and I basically can’t talk half the time because my mouth is in so much pain haha. But luckily no talking is required for blogging 😉

It’s been quite a while since I’ve layered glitter nail polish over a base colour, and this week I fancied doing something a little different with it. I’m pretty happy with how these came out, I haven’t done a gradient in a loooong time! They remind me of speckled eggs 🙂

Hey everyone 🙂 a couple of weeks back I showed you the new Barry M Speedy Collection and the Spring 2015 Barry M Gelly additions – at the same time they released the new Gelly Hi-Shine “Plumpy” Topcoat, which I was also sent to review. I thought I’d try it out for a little while to give a proper overview on it, hence why this review is a little late! 🙂

As this is part of the Gelly range, it’s designed to have a ‘gel effect’ to look nice and glossy and slightly thick.
