Solar Eclipse 2015 – Nail Art Inspired by Nature #2

Hello! Hope you’re all having a great week. TGIF! Did you see the solar eclipse this morning? If you did, where did you see it from? Here in Bournemouth, we couldn’t see a thing – the clouds covered everything and we didn’t even really get any darkness either!

So I thought I’d do a little nail design in honour of the er… anticlimax 😉 Here’s my version of this year’s Solar Eclipse nails!

What I used:

• Barry M Chai Gelly
• Barry M Elderberry Gelly
• Barry M Plumpy Gelly Topcoat
• Makeup Sponge

How to do it:

1. Paint nails with Barry M Chai. I used 2 coats. Wait til dry.
2. Paint Barry M Elderberry onto a torn makeup sponge. Dab onto the entire nail in a random manner (leaving some Barry M Chai to show through!).
3. Finish with a coat of Barry M Plumpy Gelly Topcoat and you’re done!
