Hello lovelies! I have a little confession to make… I think you probably knew as well as I did that I wasn’t going to be able to resist getting the last two from the Picture Polish Limited Edition Collection. Might as well get it out in the open – I am now the proud (and broke) owner of all 5. I didn’t even LIKE Solar Flare in online swatches, but I just couldn’t resist the temptation… le sigh, what is life etc etc. Last week I showed you Aurora, Illusionist and Altered State, and now I have Solar Flare, and Gravity… 🙂 No judging here please 😉

WingDust The Deep End
Hi there 🙂 Today I have a really interesting polish to show you from the indie brand WingDust. I have to confess that I’ve owned this since last November… and only just properly tried it today. I got it at the same time as I got WingDust Perfect Day. I’ve swatched it on one nail before to get an idea of what it should look like, when I’ve been deciding what to wear, but this morning it caught my eye for some reason and made me want to wear it! This tends to happen with a lot of my indie collection…
Anyway, the reason I bought this in the first place is because it’s such a quirky mixture of colours and it’s really unique. Hope you enjoy!
Emily De Molly Super Vixen
Hey all! Sorry I had a quiet day yesterday, I wasn’t quite feeling myself… got some much-needed relaxation and sleep instead! I decided to use a polish that I’ve always loved but never used (shock… horror, you say) today. I actually bought Super Vixen (coolest name… EVER!) last June, but it was still untried until now, I sadly confess. I think part of the problem is that when I bought it I wasn’t much into layering glitter over a coloured base, and couldn’t face removing 4 coats of glitter… and partly because I just couldn’t decide what colour to use as ‘underwear’.
Sorry! Please forgive me my sins. It’s here now. I won’t confess how many other untrieds I still have… Ahem. Anyway, this is one coat of Super Vixen over two coats of Ciaté Pillow Fight. On a sidenote, I am seriously going to have to buy a big backup bottle of Pillow Fight, and Pepperminty, from my MMM Ciaté Calendar!
My Indie Polish Collection & Storage
Okay so today I decided to catalogue my indie nail varnish collection. I will warn you now, it’s a long one!! At the time of writing, there’s 25 pictures, (this has taken me FOREVER to edit!) and I do plan to update it in the future as I buy more polishes. I hope I don’t need to say that this isn’t a boasting post, I personally love seeing other peoples’ collections and learning their tastes in colours, and seeing their favourite brands, etc. etc. so I find this type of post interesting. Plus there are polishes in my stash that don’t get enough love, so I thought it would be nice to create a little shrine showcase of them. 🙂
Grab a cuppa – hope you enjoy!! 😀 In no particular order:
Emily De Molly: Violet Days, Falling Skies, Super Vixen, Pyrite, Cosmic Forces, Oceanic Forces, Dark Depths, Black Forest, Serenity.

Hare Polish Party Palace
Hey chickas! Not long after I started getting into indie polishes, about a year ago or so, I really really got into Hare Polishes. I’m not really sure whether it’s just the wonderful polish creations or the branding or both, but if you asked me to choose one indie brand to use for the rest of my life, it’d be Hare for sure. Don’t get me wrong, I love other brands a LOT, there’s just something about HP that sucks me in with every new collection.
I have another one from the Last Queen of France collection today. This one isn’t for the faint hearted – you WILL be seen in this colour!! The collection is loosely based around Marie Antoinette. As I said in my review of ‘Let Them Eat…What?’, I don’t honestly know much about her, but I do LOVE the collection so… had to buy! This is another one I’ve had for nearly a year – I’ve worn it 2-3 times but haven’t yet blogged about it! Sacrilege!
