Hey everyone!! 🙂 Today have a really springy polish to show you. When I first got this, I wasn’t very keen – I was dead set in my mind that oranges weren’t for me. But I pulled this out the other day, and thought actually, I really love this! I’ve found a few of my tastes in nail polish have changed over the years, for example I used to adore a nice shimmery dark blue, but I think I went overboard with them and now I’m not keen at all! And pinks have definitely taken a back seat, where I used to love them. Mint greens I used to think would look terrible on me but now I love them! What colours for you have changed in your estimations?

Papaya was released around about this time last year, as part of the Spring Gelly collection along with Dragon Fruit, Green Berry and Lychee. I’m dying to get my hands on the 2014 Spring Gellys but I do still think that the 2013 collection held four perfect Spring staples.

Hello! You may remember in late 2011 and 2012 magnetic polishes really came into trend and a lot of brands leapt on the magnetic train. To be honest at the time I wasn’t crazy for magnetics and found them a bit of a faff, but I did always love the second space-themed magnetic collection released by Barry M. I was looking back through my old posts and realised I never posted the fifth of the collection: Super Nova (also known as Magnetic Multi Sparkle as labelled). I tried it on today and I have to say I am very tempted to pull out all my old magnetics again as I really enjoyed it this time round!

Hello! Last year I was sent the matte collection by Barry M. I have to be honest, at the time I wasn’t keen because I was very much into bright, wonderful colours. Lately I’ve been getting into neutrals and cremes a bit more, so I decided it was time to pull them out again. I’ve actually worn Vanilla at least 3 times before this, but each was while I was working and didn’t have any daylight to go out in let alone take photos in! Better late than never though…;) I’ve worn this a couple more times for interviews, as I feel like it’s a good neutral colour without being unflattering.
