Hey everyone 🙂 today I have some awesome nail stickers to show you which I was kindly sent to review from Nailtopia. I’ve seen Nailtopia a few times in Sally’s and occasionally bought some nail art supplies but I never realised you could buy them straight from their website. I adore nail stickers and today I have some really pretty ones to show you. Sometimes I buy them and feel like I can’t ever use them because they are too pretty so having to review them is a good way to get me to branch out! I enjoy these because they are so easy to use, and like the packets claims, it is ‘instant nail art’. These are called ‘Real Photo Art Nail Stickers’, meaning that the highly detailed designs are more realistic.

Elegant Touch Rainbow Leopard Press On Nails
Hey everyone! Today I have some really exciting falsies to show you… these got a lot of attention from my colleagues at work and given that they were predominantly male that day that’s saying something! Even the customers complimented me on my nails several times!
Elegant Touch have released some super new products this spring (don’t tell me it’s already summer… eek! Where does the time go!). The product I am reviewing today is the UV Gel Technology Press On Nails, which include animal print, textures, metallics and pastels. The idea behind the UV Gel Technology is that they are chip-resistant, long-lasting and durable. I can’t say much for the long-lasting claim as I only wore these for 2 days but they are certainly durable and I don’t even know how you can chip a falsie… but basically mine didn’t chip despite the (quite heavy) wear-and-tear they were subjected to on a busy day at work. They stayed perfect the whole time I wore them!
Distressed Effect Nail Art (On a Budget!)
Hey everyone, tonight I’m doing a little tutorial on how to create a ‘distressed-effect’ nail look using tools from around the house as part of a competition run by Moneysupermarket.com – you can read the details and enter yourself here!
Valentine’s Day Nail Art
I’m a big sucker for Valentine’s Day, I’m a big romantic and I love any reason to get back in touch with love (and I don’t think that it means I love my man any less on other days of the year either, it’s just nice to get caught up in everyone else’s love, romance and happiness when you don’t see it every day!). That’s not to say that I want to alienate anyone who doesn’t like Valentine’s Day either, and it’s cool to be single too! 🙂 Just a no-offence-meant disclaimer for you all 🙂
So here is the product of a Valentine’s brainstorm… okay I didn’t go very crazy with it but I didn’t want to spoil it, as you will probably see by following the pictures, lol!
Retro Flower Nail Art
Okay so, it’s currently 01.46am and I’m listening to Gangnam Style VERY loud and sipping a hot cup of tea, what could be better? I thought it was probably about time I updated my blog… at last! I’ve actually set myself a goal to write a blog post every two days as part of a personal development plan which has really helped me get back on my feet. If you’re interested, ask me more in the comments!
Before I start, I wanted to give my Tiny Granny a quick mention, she sadly passed away last Sunday morning after cancer overcame her body, but it seemed a peaceful end so for that I am grateful. Sending her all my love.
I actually created this design in September, while I was doing the 30 Days of Untrieds Challenge (which I accidentally forgot read:failed to keep up with!), so apologies that this rather summery design comes to you mid-winter…! So here is day 14: flowers, finally!
