Here is a simple bit of nail art, which literally took me about 10 minutes! No fiddly bits involved 🙂
Nail Polish
Barry M Chocolate Brown
I used Chocolate Brown as a base for my Brown and Turquoise Glitter Gradient nails the other day. I was inspired to pull this one out because it’s been discontinued, but is still available on eBay and Amazon if you’re quick! There seems to be a fair bit of stock so if you really like it I’d get it now.
Brown and Turquoise Glitter Gradient Nail Art
When I was about 12, I had this lovely T-shirt from Jane Norman which was turquoise, with brown writing and a brown halterneck underneath-top-thing, and some lovely glittery bits and a brown palm tree. I adored this T-shirt because, as many UK ladies may know, Jane Norman was pretty expensive (at least to little 12 year old me!). Anyways, one of the things I always remembered about the T-shirt was how good turquoise and brown looked together. Which is what inspired this manicure. I’ll stop waffling now!
Barry M Shocking Pink
Here is one of my favourite bright pink creme polishes (in close competition with Marks and Spencer Neon Pink). It’s one of those standard pink polishes that everyone needs in their collection. For some reason I often overlook bright pink polishes, I think because I only ever used to wear pinks and reds as a young girl and I tend to forget how flattering and beautiful they can look.
Daisy Nail Art
I find I’m really getting into nail art these days, feeling quite inspired! Hopefully the feeling will last! Here are some Spring/Summer nails, inspired by one of my favourite flowers – daisies.
