Hey everyone! I’m back with some more stamping, I’ve got really into it lately! The lovely Charlie of Pocket Money Polishes has lent me 24 (24!!!) MoYou stamping plates to play with… I am far too excited about this!
I had to start somewhere, so I decided to do a grey-blue style manicure to match the weather we’ve been having lately. And then some silver fieldy stamping to make it a bit more fun 🙂
I am still getting the hang of stamping so bear with me if the designs come up a little uneven!

Lately I’ve been more and more interested in nail art (keeping to my self-challenge of doing 20 nail art posts this year!) and a little while back my friend Charlie from Pocket Money Polishes kindly lent me some of her stamping plates. It’s taken me a little while to post this manicure I’m afraid – I gave her the plates back at least a month ago! 😛
I’ve always loved the combination of turquoise black and gold, like gold-set turquoise jewellery, and I thought it would probably look nice on nails too 🙂
Hello! Hope you’re all having a great week. TGIF! Did you see the solar eclipse this morning? If you did, where did you see it from? Here in Bournemouth, we couldn’t see a thing – the clouds covered everything and we didn’t even really get any darkness either!

It’s been quite a while since I’ve layered glitter nail polish over a base colour, and this week I fancied doing something a little different with it. I’m pretty happy with how these came out, I haven’t done a gradient in a loooong time! They remind me of speckled eggs 🙂

The other week I was kindly sent the Rare Nails Candy Shop Nail Art Kit to try out. The concept used for this nail art is quite different to any I’ve tried (so far!) so I was excited to try it out. Besides, the packaging is just so cute! 🙂 I hadn’t heard of Rare Nails before this either – I think they’ve been around for a while in Europe but not necessarily in the UK.
