China Glaze Running In Circles

I have to start this post by saying – if you love green, and you love green polish, and you don’t already own this polish, you are SERIOUSLY missing out!! This is honestly one of the most stunning green polishes I have ever come across… it’s zoomed right up to my very top favourite greens… EVER!! Anyway, if my introduction wasn’t enthusiastic enough for you, I did include some pictures, just incase

The photos really really do not lie – Running in Circles really is this vibrant and reflective and bright, maybe even more so! It’s so rich and eyecatching… it’s like my perfect perfect green. I’ll try and stop gushing though…! It’s a lovely glass-fleck green with hints of yellow reflects. In the bottle it has a blue/purple duochrome shift but I really couldn’t see this on the nail at all. Everyone knows China Glaze does glass-fleck like no-one else but… WOW. If you are seeing my free edge in the photos, it really wasn’t visible in person, my camera seems to pick up light and dark quite well but my eyes aren’t quite so picky – the reflectiveness hides any VNL. Okay I need to get onto the application or I’ll start gushing again!

Application:

Running in Circles applies flawlessy – it’s opaque at 2 coats, it applies smoothly and evenly and any patchiness is covered in the second coat. It’s also so glossy that you really won’t need a topcoat, unless it’s for the sake of longevity. It does dry a tad slowly – kind of average for a China Glaze, but you can add a quick-dry topcoat to speed up the process.

Running In Circles is a totally appropriate name because right now I want to run around in circles and wave my arms like a lunatic. I LOVE THIS ? I thought I’d hit jackpot when I got Barry M’s Emerald Green but this is a whole new level of PERFECT. Must own. Must own now!

    I guess because you’ve been spoiled by this, Emerald Green is less awesome. I still love it but I sort of feel like the colour is stronger against a darker one like Racing Green. I need more variation in my green polishes!

      Haha, I think that’s probably true! Nothing quite compares any more! I agree, I’m not soo keen on Emerald Green as a full mani alone, yours looked lovely though, and I once saw a friend use it in a skittle mani which looked pretty cool too! x

This is an amazing polish! I love greens but don’t wear bright greens like this often enough to justify buying it xx

  Hehe, bright green is probably my most frequented nail polish other than raspberry pink shimmers, I seem to have a high affinity for both I feel the same about purples though weirdly! xxx

  Hahaha! Well if you buy it from beauty bay it’s pretty cheap, and you can get it from US eBay for fairly cheap, not that I’m enabling you or anything hehe. You dooooo need it! xxx

Every time I see this I want it more and more, I just can’t afford it at the moment which breaks my heart. It’s top of my list as soon as I come into some money again because it’s BEAUTIFUL.
