Orly Miss Conduct - Imagination In Colour

Orly Miss Conduct

Hello everyone!! Late post for me tonight, I’ve been spending the evening with Andy’s grandparents. Since moving we’ve not had anyone to ‘go and see’ so to speak, and they’re down for the week in a holiday apartment so it’s really lovely to spend time with them. Hope you’re all having a good week!

I bought this polish a long while ago in TK Maxx, it was being sold as part of a ‘holiday’ set as it’s from the Naughty or Nice Holiday 2012 collection. It came with one of those eye mask giant pad things which I didn’t care much for, and the two other polishes it came with were called Devil May Care and Unlawful, which I’m not so keen on either… if I’m totally honest, I totally bought the set just for Miss Conduct 😀

Orly Missconduct (3)Miss Conduct is a beautiful raspberry jelly filled with holographic microglitter and magenta shimmer. The overall effect is a scattered holo; it’s beautiful! It catches the light even in dull lighting which is just perfect for me. It’s the perfect colour with the perfect amount of holo in my eyes! The jelly nature of the nail varnish means that the holo particles from the first coat have a reddish glow when they hit the light, which is quite fiery… it’s very special!

Application:

Despite being a jelly, Miss Conduct was fully opaque at just two coats (albeit with a tiny bit of streaking, but that was only visible in very bright sunlight). It dries nice and quickly, and to a nice shine. I would recommend using topcoat as the microglitter can make it a tiny bit bumpy. It applies really smoothly so no problems there!

While it isn’t readily available in any physical shops, I think your best bet for finding this polish is to Google Shopping search it, and browse through the results. There’s a few that pop up as I write. Alternatively keep an eye out for it on Facebook nail polish sale pages and groups!
