Hare Polish For the Love of Lisa

Since I’ve been posting a fair few mainstream nail polishes lately, I felt like it was time to show you all another indie from one of my favourite makers – Hare Polish :). I know this one isn’t exactly season-appropriate, but hey, rules were made to be broken ;). I believe the inspiration behind this nail polish is Lisa Frank, an artist who uses very bright, colourful media in her pieces.

As usual, Nikole (the lady behind Hare Polish) has created a small masterpiece – this nail polish is just stunning.

Enchanted Polish July 2014

Hello everyone! I’m going to stop apologising for not posting as regularly as I should because I’m clearly not very good at living up to my apologies! Anyway, I have another Enchanted Polish mystery colour today. I’ve been trying to get them all this year although unfortunately as this last time Chelsea was selling all three at once, I could only afford one so got my birth month; July! Enchanted Polishes are currently being sold on a pre-order basis, with an hour long window for buyers to purchase, and a month long window from order to receipt of the polish. I think it works brilliantly! Nobody goes crazy, no site crashes… it’s all good ๐Ÿ™‚

July arrived the other day and I have to say when I first saw it, I wasn’t all that keen. However now that I’ve seen it on the nail, I really like it! If you have got this and aren’t keen, I’d definitely suggest wearing it once just to be sure as it looks quite different on the nail from in the bottle.

Hare Polish The Blooming Desert

Hello lovely ladies!! Today I have a bit of a stunner to show you. ย It is a limited edition polish for Llarowe’s ‘A Box Indie-d’ for May 2014. The theme for the box was ‘flowers – the deadly and beautiful’ ๐Ÿ™‚ As you all probably know by now, I am a bit of a ย fangirl when it comes to Hare Polish, so it felt inevitable that I would love this polish, but when I saw the pink & orange colour combo I fell for it HARD – it’s my favourite colour combination at the moment, it’s clashy but in the best way!

I actually missed out on the box, as I slept through the restock, and at the time it was all sold out. So I took to begging on the Facebook sale pages for it because if there was ever a polish I *neeeeeded* it was this one! One lovely lady answered my plea and I was lucky enough to swap it for another indie I wasn’t so keen on – yay!

Smitten Polish Not Your Mama’s Easter Grass

Hey everyone! ๐Ÿ™‚ I have a really unique nail polish to show you today. You may have spied it in my May Favourites video – and yes I have since bought a back up! These days I have so many nail polishes, they actually have to really catch my eye for me to buy them – I rarely buy drugstore polishes for this reason. Hence the ever-pulsing indie obsession…!

I’ve been looking for this shade of green in a nail polish since I first got into it back in 2010 – I’ve always loved quirky stand-out polish colours. Hope you enjoy this one too!

HARE Polish Own Your Opulence

Hey lovelies ๐Ÿ™‚ here’s a polish that I’ve always loved but never worn (I’m not really sure how that works but there we go!) I’ve always been searching for the ‘perfect underwear’ to show off all the different colours of glitter within. I think I may have found it… I am really happy with this manicure ๐Ÿ™‚

Own Your Opulence is from the Hare Polish Last Queen of France, which was brought out in Spring 2013 (I realise I am a year late to the party! :P) I did buy most of this collection on release… and I have to confess I still have two untrieds from it, eek!
